Time goes by so fast
I wonder where it all went
I try to figure it out
This time and where it was spent
I never knew what old age was
Just run, play, and have fun
Being sick, old, and near the end
To lose the life of a loved one
Of course now I know the truth
In this world we all leave our mark
We all hope to go to Heaven
Where they play those beautiful harps
I never wanted to be
Old and wrinkled like you
You passed away when I was eight
Now, I look in the mirror
And I see what is marked upon lifes slate
Old age will without a doubt come
My life has been good
Throughout it all
I am happy and I see I
Look so much like you
We will know each other
In my final call
Life is wondeful and grand
But I want you surely to know
I think of you often
I still love you from ever so long ago
